We do one thing and do it well - YELLOWFIN TUNA NACHOS!
Our signature nachos start with premium yellowfin (ahi) tuna, marinated in a home-made teriyaki sauce, served with a fresh herbed lomi salsa on a bed of crispy wonton chips and drizzled with a tangy seafood sauce. The tuna is lightly seared with a Japanese-style seaweed rub, optional avo and/or mango and green onion on top to finish - simply delicious!
