A Mindil tradition, Loukas Souvlaki has traded within the markets for almost 30 years bringing the rich, flavoursome tastes of Cyprus to Darwin.
Rotisseried chicken and succulent chunks of lamb on the bone marinated for 3 days in a traditional recipe of lemon, oregano, salt & pepper and then freshly cooked onsite over charcoal. The deliciously distinctive smokey flavour makes Loukas’s Yiros, Souvlaki & Souvla well known & favoured.
